Show Program and Event Guide Listing



 

Reach thousands of 2017 ATCE attendees pre and post show by completing your complimentary company listing. Attendees will be able to view your listing by visiting the 2017 ATCE website and will be able to view your contact information in the onsite conference program. Your company listing is a powerful marketing tool which will allow prospects to search for companies according to their unique and specific needs. So take a minute to complete or update your profile now!
 

Creating and updating your company information is easy! To submit your FREE company listing, please follow these simple steps:
 

  • Enter your unique, case-sensitive company password located on your booth space confirmation letter.
    • Click on 'Edit Booth Information' and complete the form using upper and lower case letters where appropriate. Provide contact information you would like attendees to use when requesting additional information about your company. Email addresses will not apprear online or in the printed program.
    • Note: Format for U.S. and Canada based phone numbers does not have 1- in front of them.
    • If you are outside the U.S. and are having trouble entering your address, try changing the country first.
  • When updating your profile, please provide details about your company and be sure to include products & services. Be mindful that online profiles are limited to a maximum of 350 characters including spaces. Show Management reserves the right to edit any information you provided but is not responsible for correcting text submitted. Please type directly onto the form and do not 'cut and paste', as doing so from a Word document often adds extraneous code. Note: The 350 character company description will not appear in the printed program.
     
  • You may select up to 6 product categories.
     
  • Once you have completed your listing, be sure to click 'SAVE' and then 'LOGOUT' to ensure your changes are saved. Even if you are not making any changes you must go to Edit and select 'Save Updates/Accept As Is' so management will be alerted that you have reviewed your information.

Entries completed or modifications made after 9 August 2017 may not appear in the printed Conference Program.
 

Co-exhibiting divisions receive a free BASIC listing which includes company name, booth number and lists products and services (unless they are the same as the parent in alpha sequence). You may choose to upgrade your co-exhibitors listing to either of the following:

Level 1 Upgrade - $50.00: Includes the above PLUS the co-exhibitors address, phone, fax and website.
Level 2 Upgrade - $150.00: Includes the above PLUS a 350 character company description which will only appear online and
NOT in the printed program.

To request the addition of a co-exhibitor OR to request one of the aforementioned upgrades, please email Karissa Bailey with the names of your divisions/co-exhibitors as they are to be listed and the preferred upgrade for each.

  • Note: Please do not email the entire listing as SPE will not input your information. We simply need the co-exhibiting company name(s) and the level upgrade you wish to purchase.
