  • DATALIFT – Plunger module lifts data from gauges downhole. Gauges record downhole P/T data to memory and transfer data wirelessly to the DATALIFT as the module approaches the gauges. DATALIFT returns to the surface and the acquired data is transfered to a module outside the wellhead. The data is used to identify artificial lift requirements, provide production and reservoir optimization information
  • SHALECOMM
    SHALECOMM - Real time downhole wireless gauges for onshore/offshore applications. SHALECOMM replaces cable based gauges eliminating rig floor installers, downhole cables, clamps, protectors. Uses acoustic waves for downhole to surface communications...

  • SHALECOMM - Real time wireless downhole gauges for the acquistion of downhole information such as pressure, temperature, fluid identification, vibration and strain. The system uses acoustic waves to carry digital information from downhole to the surface using the pipe as the conduit for the acoustic energy. The system uses batteries or a downhole power generator to provide power for the operation of the downhole gauges. A surface system converts the acoustic energy to electrical energy for processing by the surface data acquisition module. The data is diplayed in real time and can be transferred to other systems via ModBus and Internet.

    The downhole wireless gauges can also be deployed for service work in frac/gravel pack applications for real time data transfer to the surface.

  • FRACWATCH
    High shock wireless short hop gauges that can be placed in the horizontal section of the well to monitor the frac, flowback and production. Deployed as part of the casing and the gauges can be cemented in the well....

  • FRACWATCH - The downhole wireless system provides pressure and temperature information before, during and after the frac. The downhole wireless gauges can also monitor flowback and production if no tubing is deployed in the well. The gauges can withstand large shock waves that are generated by the perforating guns in plug and perf applications. A maximum of 256 wireless gauges can be deployed in the horizontal and vertical sections of the well. The wireless gauge can be used in sleeve and ball drop applications. 

    The data collected downhole is stored in the gauge memory and a receiver module is deployed as part of the coil tubing cleanout process to collect the data from the downhole gauges. The receiver collects the data from the gauges using a Blue Tooth style electromagnetics wireless communications. The system can operate downhole for a maximum of 3 years.
