  • WWT Coiled Tubing (CT) Tractors™ help coiled tubing operators overcome CT lockup in complex, extended-reach wells. The hydraulically driven WWT Tractor enables the deployment of equipment further and faster than with CT alone to reach target depth, while performing various operations cost-effectively.

    • First WWT CT Tractor job performed in 1999
    • 2004 — WWT CT Tractor conveyed 1,640 ft. of perforation guns from 25,918 ft. to a TD of 32,152 ft. in a single
run — a world record at that time
    • 2007 – WWT CT Tractor performed its first acid stimulation of a power water Injector in KSA
    • 2016 — WWT CT Tractor used in the Gulf of Mexico to clear a flow line. Total distance tractored 42,843 ft.
    • WWT CT Tractors have accumulated more than 900,000 ft. of tractor work

  • WWT Non-Rotating Protectors™ are a proven casing wear, torque, drag and buckling solution, ideal for directional, horizontal, Deepwater, ERD and other wells where friction inhibits drilling performance in cased or open hole. Our torque/drag and casing wear modeling, field experience and focus on solving each well’s unique challenges are also why WWT Protectors are used in complex wells worldwide.

    Actual client benefits include:

    • Torque reduced 30% — no additional casing wear – Asia Pacific
    • Casing wear reduced 95% — Latin America
    • Torque reduced 17%; casing protection prevented tieback — North Sea
    • Torque reduced 24%; drag reduced 25%; improved WOB & ROP — U.S.
    • Caliper log confirmed no additional casing wear after deploying WWT NRPs —Deepwater well GoM
    • Torque reduced 16%, eliminating need to upgrade rig’s top drive when extending lateral, saving significant dollars – Delaware Basin
    • Riser wear protection during loop currents extended the operational window, saving millions of dollars in NPT – Deepwater GoM
  • WWT Performance Guides Shoes™

  • WWT Performance Guides Shoes™ are customer-focused approaches to casing running challenges and are easily drilled with little or no metal in the drill-out path. The WWT FlexShoe™ is a strong, but flexible, composite casing guide shoe that leads the stiff casing past deviations, sidetracks and ledges. The WWT FlexShoe can be run with a WWT ToughGuide™ polyurethane nose, WWT JetGuide™, WWT ReamGuide™ or WWT JetReam™ for extra benefits. The WWT JetGuide is a high-velocity jetting shoe. The WWT ReamGuide allows for light reaming. The WWT JetReam combines features of both the WWT JetGuide & WWT ReamGuide.

    • WWT JetGuide successfully used to wash down casing ‑ Permian Basin
    • WWT FlexShoe, run with the WWT ReamGuide, achieved faster drill-out times than other reaming shoes ‑ Asia Pacific
    • WWT FlexShoe low-side sidetrack configuration combines features of the WWT FlexShoe, with a weighted downhole end that enables self-orientation into sidetracks ‑ Permian Basin
