  • Are you interested in a Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) in Petroleum Engineering? Are you interested in pursuing a Master's of Science (M.S.) degree as well? If so, the Quick Start Program may be the solution for you. The Quick Start Program is designed as an accelerated path to completion of an M.S. degree, starting in the final year of B.S. studies and finishing the M.S. program in two semesters immediately following the B.S. degree.

    The M.S./MBA dual degrees can be earned in two years in any department in the College of Engineering and Applied Science. Students spend one year (Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters) in the MBA program completing the core curriculum, the summer experiential project, and the outdoor leadership course.  An additional year is spent taking graduate engineering courses as well as electives and research hours. Students successfully completing this program will earn a Master of Science in Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.
