The ATCE Ribbon Cutting Ceremony marks the start of the Annual Meeting of the Members, attracting attention from attendees, media, and industry influencers. As a sponsor, your brand is prominently featured in the ceremony, with your logo on the ribbon, signage, and in photos on social media, amongst other things, ensuring widespread exposure.
Specific sponsorship with Gold level benefits and recognition include:
- Social Media Shout Outs – Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Mobile app push notifications (before & during) event (for those who opt in to app notifications)
- On-site P.A. Announcements
- Sponsor logo-branded cocktail napkins to be used during the ribbon cutting ceremony (provided by SPE)
- F&B offered prior to the ribbon cutting in the main lobby area
- Entertainment parade at the ribbon cutting and throughout the exhibition forming a parade walk through the exhibit hall.
- One (1) full-page ad in the digital conference program (provided by Sponsor, SPE to place ad)
- Logo on hanging sponsor banner
- One (1) Full page advertisment in the digital/printed conference program (created by sponsor, SPE to place ad)
- Social Media Recognition - grouped in Strategic, Platinum, Gold, or Silver level
- Four (4) complimentary, full conference registrations for company employees
- “Proud ATCE Sponsor” icon for posting to your website & Social Media feeds
- Logo recognition on sponsorship page
- Logo recognition in digital conference program
- Logo recognition on conference signage
- Logo recognition on the presentation slides shown between technical sessions
Sponsorship Contract deadline is 4 September 2025.
Materials must be submitted by 11 September 2025 or additional fees may apply.
