The Conference Bags Sponsor offers a unique opportunity to showcase your brand right from the start of the conference. As the sponsor, your logo will be prominently featured on the bags, which will be distributed to all attendees. Additionally, the branded distribution tower will serve as a high-visibility focal point where attendees will collect their bags, ensuring maximum exposure as they begin their event experience. This sponsorship positions your company as a key part of the conference experience, providing ongoing brand visibility throughout the event.
Specific sponsorship with Bronze level benefits and recognition include:
- Branded bags distributed in the Registration area on branded distribution tower (Bags to be provided by Sponsor, approved by SPE before production) - Bag imprint must list conference name, date, location, and SPE logo. SPE to provide specs.
- Suggested quantity: 4,000
- One (1) non-paper item may be provided to be inserted in bags (non-exclusive)
- One (1) complimentary, full conference registration for company employees
- “Proud ATCE Sponsor” icon for posting to your website & Social Media feeds
- Name listed on sponsorship page
- Name listed in digital conference program
- Name listed on conference signage
- Name listed on the presentation slides shown between technical session
Sponsorship Contract deadline is 4 September 2025.
Materials must be submitted by 11 September 2025 or additional fees may apply.
