Products

 • SRD – Inline Density Meter & Viscometer

Real-time mud weight and rheology, measured in the flow line, no sampling, no mud balance, no Marsh funnel.

The Rheonics SRD measures density, viscosity and temperature simultaneously from a single probe, installed directly in active mud systems, cement slurries, frac and completion fluids. Its balanced torsional resonator is unaffected by flow rate, vibration or mounting orientation, and has no moving parts to wear, clog or recalibrate, so readings stay reliable on the rig floor and in the field.

Rated to 285 °C and 1500 bar, built in 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C22 for sour service, and available ATEX/IECEx intrinsically safe for hazardous areas. 4–20 mA, Modbus, HART and PROFINET outputs integrate straight into existing rig and plant control systems, enabling automated fluid management, earlier detection of kicks and losses, and tighter chemical dosing.
...

 • SRV - Inline Viscosimeter

Continuous viscosity measurement in the process line, in real time, no bypass loop, no sampling, no lab wait.

The Rheonics SRV is a compact torsional resonator viscometer that measures viscosity and temperature directly in crude and heavy oil, drilling fluid additives, EOR polymer solutions, chemical injection lines, lubricants, hydraulic fluids and refinery streams. Immune to flow rate, vibration and mounting orientation, with no moving parts to wear or clog, it holds its accuracy in the harshest field conditions.

Rated to 285 °C and 1500 bar, available in 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy C22 for sour service, and ATEX/IECEx intrinsically safe for hazardous areas. Native 4–20 mA, Modbus, HART and PROFINET outputs integrate directly into existing control systems, enabling automated chemical dosing, viscosity-based blending control, wax and asphaltene onset detection, and early warning of fluid degradation.
...
