The FORTA Drilling Products Division produces unique and cost-effective solutions to a variety of drilling-related issues.
Our flagship product, Super-Sweep Fiber®, is a unique hole-cleaning agent, suspending and transporting solids from the well-bore. After years of research, development, and actual drilling field trials, this fiber has been proven as THE advanced hole cleaning agent for the drilling industry. Super-Sweep Fiber offers a quick and easy way to mechanically increase the carrying capacity of drilling fluids, without affecting viscosity. Super-Sweep® provides a cost-effective method of sweeping for all types of drilling operations without the hassle and complications of competitive products.
Super-Sweep Fine®, a shorter and finer fiber version, also suspends solids and can also be dry blended in cement as an efficient Lost Circulation Material (LCM). Pheno Seal®, a thermoset laminate, is a very efficient LCM for both drilling fluids and cements.
